Sorry, I meant where can I find road tires (from a Canadian supplier) with a
profile similar to my tired XZX's so that in the event of a flat one of them
can still fit in my spare carrier?

Coker carries a Kleber 145-15 that should fit anywhere.  As I recall, they
are even cheap.
