Supercharged TR-6 Owners. HELP!

Hey guys,

I finally got that new by-pass valve installed and it really helped.
But I have a question.  What do you guys have your timing set to now?  I
set it to 13BTDC and I can't get her to idle at 750 unless I mess with
the fast idle screw.  The volume and mixture screws just won't do it.
