165-15 tires

Time for a new set ... the previously ubiquitous Dunlop SP has
gotten hard to find. I can order them, but no one seems to stock
them locally (SF Bay Area). 

The America's Tire/Discount Tire dealer that I've been going to
is trying to sell me Arizonian Premium Metric
tires, made by Kelly. I've never heard anything about these, 
good or bad - has anyone here used them?
