In the last few weeks there have been several questions about
replacement body panels. I know that it is best to used original
panels when they are available. One list member even went so
far as to suggest the used canvas parts are better, sorry Fred.
One of the panels on my 3B that has been damaged and then reshaped
with large amounts of filler by a DPO is the rear panel. I do not
think the right hand side will be useable. I have always assumed
that since this is a welded panel it would not be practical to try
to get a used one. Is this correct or should I start looking
for a used panel?
