Just got the bad news back from my mechanic:
Rear end is shot, pretty much everything except the housing. He has
located all the necessary parts except spider gears.
The question is, does anyone know where I can find some spider gears?
He also said I'd be better off with a complete rebuilt axle from
shoe to shoe. Anyone have a good TR4 axle for sale?
BTW, he has quoted $1400 for parts and labor. Does this sound
reasonable?
