Don't miss out on the 8th annual British Motor Car Day, Sept 20, 2003. The
"Best Little Car Show by a Dam Site" . Hosted by S.I.R. BRIT car club, this
event is held at a scenic location overlooking the Ohio River, in Newburgh, IN.
Newburgh is a historical southern Indiana town with quaint antique stores, gift
shops and unique restaurants. Located 3.5 hours from Indy, 2 hours from
Louisville, 3 hours from St. Louis and 2.5 hours from Nashville, you can easily
join
us for the day.
Friday night SIR BRIT will host early registration and their first pre-show
party at the Old Dam Building from 6:00 to 10:00pm.
On Saturday registration for this popular vote event starts at 8:00am and
runs till 12:00noon. Featured Marque this year is the Mini Cooper. For the
first
time a British Motorcycle class has been established. 36 show classes are
available, plus Best of Show and Club Participation awards.
Advanced registration is $10.00, $12.00 day of show.
