Do some research on Vintage Formula Ford  ( looks like a Indy car ) lists.  
Many of the older cars used roto flex shafts and someone has to still make 
these.  Also take a look at 60's ,70's and 80's Mercedes, BMW, Volvo or other 
Euro 
rear drive car.  Some of these used roto flex between the drive shaft and 
transmission.

The trick I used long ago to install the coupling is to use a large hose 
clamp on the outside to compress the rubber.   Install one bolt and engage the 
nut 
by a few threads, rotate the shaft then look for a hole that will line up, 
install a bolt.  A rod smaller than the bolt can be used to pry the joint so 
the 
next hole lines up.
