This is a new twist by a e-bay seller, I won a auction for $11.00, I asked for
shipping to my zip code, next day he replied it was $21.78 including ins., I
replied I did not need ins. since the 1st $100.00 is insured by UPS, his
reply, without the ins. the shipping would have been $32.00, go figure that
one out.  "FT"
