Automatic transmission for Triumph six?

I think the Triumph 2000 saloon was available with an automatic
transmission - is that correct?

Were any other cars made with an automatic that would bolt right up to
a GT6 or TR6 engine?

[NOTE:  I'm asking for my wife - and hoping the answer is "No."]
