Going by the drawing in the TR3 Supplement of the TR2/3 Workshop Manual:

LH side of the car (as you look at the brake assembly): adjuster at 9:00 and
wheel cylinder at 3:00, with handbrake lever pointing straight up. RH side of
the car is not shown *per se* but should be the opposite: adjuster at 3:00 and
wheel cylinder at 9:00.
