  Well, that is very frustrating, I agree completely.  But being up here in
the Pacific NW [with apparently every ex-californian in existence ;) ] what
I find even more irritating, enough to make you scream is these people with
Hummers, $40k trucks and other 4x4 vehicles (STRESS 4X4) and they go about 1
mile an hour crawling over a 4 inch speed bump !!!!  Makes me want to put a
beefy brush guard on my truck (which tows the TR's when something bad
happens) and give them a push.  Heck, I go faster over these in my TR4 than
some of these people.
