Thanks to all those who have responded to my query about removing undercoating. I was hoping someone had discovered some sort of chemical poly-ethyl-badstuff that I could spray on and watch the undercoating just melt off the car. But, it sounds like I have to do it the old fashoned way with a heat gun and scraper. I suppose this is one of those karmic pay-backs for putting tar undercoating on another TR3A thirty years ago....
