Apparently the Hotel Reservations people are in error. There are "LOTS" of
rooms still available. Rich Gibbon is the Co-Chair of the event, Trust me,
Karyn and Rich will get this straitened out!

I just tried to make reservations at the Horizon - and as stated below they
say there are only 2 smoking rooms available. I then spoke to sales -
Triumphest has 268 rooms available only 36 are booked to date.
Interesting!! I requested that sales talk with reservations and get this
straighten out as I have heard similar inquiries over the past few weeks. In
addition I told them that I would be trying to make reservations off and on
to see how the reservations desk is working. Please let me know if you have
any addition problems.

Subject: Triumphfest Hotel Update
To all interested in the Lake Tahoe Triumphfest event, I just called the
hotel they are using (Horizon Hotel & Casino in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada) at
1-800-648-3322 and there were only 2 rooms left at their special reserved
rate of $89 per night. The 2 rooms were smoking rooms.
Me and the wife and new baby are not smokers and I can't stand that smell
(no offense intended) so if anyone with a non-smoking room cancels, I
certainly would like a chance to switch. I'll check every so often with the
hotel on my own, but maybe we can finagle something if someone does cancel.
Hope to see everyone there.
