My TR4A developed a slight knock at low revs. On close inspection I
could see the harmonic balancer turning in an "elliptical" fashion. I
stopped the engine and grabbed ahold of the fan, and it was loose!
So tomorrow I will pull the radiator (I have a 8 blade yellow fan)
and tighten it all down. When I looked through the manuals for torque
specs I couldn't find one.
I'd imagine it'd be the same for all 4 cylinder TRactor engines. Any
insight?
