Try the same thing, more or less. Start the car with engine in gear, then  
accelerate a bit, then stomp both clutch and brake pedals. Often, after 2-3  
attempts, this will break the clutch disc free. Worked last time I had to free 
a  
stuck Spitfire MkIV clutch!
