No personal experience, but one of my books on the subject suggests the MGC
uses 5 stud wheels. May not be correct, but worth checking the information,

Hmmm.  I was just parrrotting what was posted a while back and not speaking
from personal experience but now that you bring it up I seem to recall that
the wire wheel equipped Austin Healey's (3000 series) used a five-bolt
pattern.  Given the relative size of the engines...
