I'm trying to ID a Ford transmission. Well it does kind of have a TR content.
This trans came with the '71 Stag I got in May. It is reportedly a Mustang 4
speed and I have no use for it but need to know what it is before I can try to
sell it.
It looks like a Tremec ( Borg Warner ) trans.
Searches on the net and my cousin ( parts manager at a Ford dealership ) have
not been able to identify this box.
The tag on the side of it reads ' SF32228973'.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
