I often use a heat gun to assist in loosening where a flame is not
practical. Just used it yesterday in fact to bust loose a stubborn temp
sensor on the TR3. Probably need the tank empty for this or the fuel
will prevent it from getting hot.
If you empty the tank I also don't see why some PB Blaster or such
couldn't be used.
