For the armature, you can try Fred Perry in Vermont:  (802) 254-2854. 
Another guy named Mike in Bradford Vermont may be able to help also:  (802) 
439-5815. These are both reputable guys who love the cars.  Fred especially 
has been into Triumphs since the 60's, doesn't really have a business per 
se, but has a ton of parts in his garage he's willing to "part" with (pardon 
the pun).  He's a great guy who gives valuable free advice.

As for the brushes, these are simple blocks that fit in a cup.  Take your 
original to a good hardware store and match them up, then cut off the copper 
lead of the new one.  That's what I did when I rebuilt my wiper motor and 
assembly, and it tests out fine.
