Speedometer accuracy.

This is a web site that analyses your speedometer accuracy.  For a 
measured mile in Ca. look for a wide, maybe 8', white stripe painted 
perpendiculer an the shoulder pf the road.  These stripes are what the 
CHP aircraft use to time you.
