I misspoke (or miswrote) it as others have indicated is 1 1/16 inch. My
mistake was when I transferred the caliper reading over to an inch
scale.

Joe,
If it is the same as the Spitfire (and I think it is) it is 1 1/8 inch.

Subject: TR6 steering wheel nut size?

Greetings all:

What is the size of the nut on the steering wheel
column of the TR6?

All I know is that it's larger than any socket I've
got in my set so I need to stop by a parts store and
get one before putting on my new wood wheel.

Thanks,
Joe Merone
