As a follow up... I spent Sunday afternoon swapping seat covers from a
passenger to a drivers seat. Easy to do and fits well. More
economical than a complete kit. What I had assumed were perished foams
on the bottom cushion turned out to be merely a failed glue joint
between the bottom and side foam pieces. A re-gluing fixed that as well.
