is not a 60 degree engine as are others that have been cited. I think it is
a 90 degree V engine and essentially is a chevy 350 with 2 of the cylinders
cut off. So it may not fit as well as any of the 60 degree engines will.
The Chevy 4.3 is a 90* 350 less two cylinders.
The Buick 3800 is a 90* V6 that was based on the Buick V8. These motors have
very narrow cylinder heads to allow installation in front drive cars where a
60* 2.8 once lived. The exhaust side of the heads are cut back quite a bit.
