[TR] fan replacement

List,
I need to replace the fan on my TR3A.  Plastic is fine.  I think I've heard
that either a plastic replacement fan from either a Tr250 or a TR6 is
preferred- Which is it?

Seems like an 8 bladed fan would be best, is this true?  Someone aid to turn
it backwards for some reason.   From the big 3- or who's cheapest?
