At least one problem with this approach is that now, if anyone so much as
taps your car in the parking lot, they'll be hitting the sheet metal and/or
grill first. Those overriders don't do much in a real accident, but they
can minimize damage in a parking lot 'tap'.
Wish someone sold 3A grilles without the holes for the supports ...
