MacGregor has them listed.

He's in Canada, so shipping should be less expensive than from UK. No
experience with his TR6 parts, but I was very impressed with the Stag parts
I got from him.
Other suppliers buy from him, so I expect you can also find the liners at
TRF, Moss, et al.
Martin is a bit of a "one man show", so he may be slow to respond if he's
out of town or whatnot. Worth the wait, IMO.
