I rotate the engine's fan every couple of weeks (thinking that this will be
sufficient since it's rebuild over a year ago.) I've also cranked-up and had
the engine running within the past year. It had pretty good oil pressure at
that time and has only logged about 2 hrs. of run-time thusfar since the
rebuild. However, it's mounted to car that's taking forever (I am ok with
that since working on it is so enjoyable). Like many folks, I had the engine
rebuilt too early into 'my project'. It was rebuilt by an engine shop.

About every month, I'll grab the yellow plastic TR6 fan on my TR3 and turn it
over a lick or so. I think, as I face the motor from the front, that the fan
turns clockwise...right? If I turn it the wrong direction do I do harm?

Thanks,
Paul Dorsey
