I have made one improvement to both the TR3As I have owned that improved the
head light illumination. I splice a wire into the ground wire for the head
lamps and then run it through the space beside the radiator on each side.
Then, after soldering the correct size terminal ring on the wire end, I bolt
it down on the horn mount. This has cured dim lights on both cars.
