I have used an old (but unused) O-Ring like they include with a TR3
cartridge oil filter. Was not the correct diameter but the cross section
was good so I just cut it and butted the 2 ends together. Fit tight enough
to do the job.
I mention this in case you can find the right profile O-ring but not the
exact diameter.
