[TR] TR4A valve springs

Does anyone out there have the height and o.d. of the inner and outer valve 
springs for the TR4A? 



Aren't these dimensions about the same as the springs used on 3's and 4's? 



While I'm at it: Are aluminum pushrod tubes particular to TR4A cylinder heads?
