stainless steel sheet metal screw. know as an "AB" point here in the USA.
if
the post is not pre drilled use a #29 drill (0.136") or try a 1/8" drill. lead
post is quite soft so you may be OK with the smaller dia drill.

The
factory used a simple cheese head drive screw - about a #8 1/2" Battery
posts
were already pre-drilled (as were all of them in Europe) 30+ years ago.
