My 1960 TR3A=E2=80=99s first owner was a member of the French Embassy in Wa=
shington DC.=C2=A0 I have also been a regular adjunct faculty at the Ecole =
Nationale d=E2=80=99Aviation Civile (ENAC) in Toulouse France.=C2=A0 When o=
ne of my colleagues at ENAC heard that the TR=E2=80=99s first owner was Fre=
nch, she arranged that the University would send me an =E2=80=9Chonorary=E2=
=80=9D on campus parking permit.=C2=A0=20
My problem is that they use plain paper parking permits without any adhesiv=
e.=C2=A0 They are held on by a piece of tape, so they can move it from one =
car to another.=C2=A0 Does any one have an idea on how I can attach it to t=
he inside of the windscreen with putting a piece of =E2=80=9CScotch-tape at=
the top & bottem???=20
