It is definitely a hardtop boot cover.=C2=A0 This is the type that is used =
to cover the soft top when the hardtop is on the car.=C2=A0 It snaps on ins=
ide the hardtop.
CRAIG - It does appear that some of the snaps are on upside down.=C2=A0 The=
y should all be "button side up" on the color side.

Definitely not a hard top boot cover which is shown at the link below. The=
=20
pocket on that type of boot cover is very obvious. My guess is that the=20
owner didn't want to remove the boot cover to use a tonneau cover. The=20
tonneau cover would snap to the male snaps installed on the boot cover.....=
=20
but that's just a guess

Looks like a hardtop boot cover. It was an accessory; there is a picture in=
=20
the old TRF parts manual.=C2=A0 I have it in black.=C2=A0 You leave the sof=
t top in=20
place (removing the back part from the deck) and use this to cover it up.=
=20
The extra flap attaches to the snaps on the back of the hardtop deck. If=20
that is what this is I have not seen one in a few years.
