It doesn=E2=80=99t cost anything to change from positive to negative =
ground, but I personally think electronic ignition is a good idea (less =
moving parts to break). =20

I think a lighter flywheel alone is unlikely to make much difference, =
but is worth it if you introduce a number of modifications aimed at =
improved performance (bigger pistons, ported head, exhaust header, etc., =
etc)
