Anyone have a preferred tool for cutting off rusty bolts?=C2=A0 We are rest=
oring a car that was outside too much.=C2=A0 Been using my grinding wheel a=
nd my Dremel, and have reached a point of frustration.=C2=A0 I run into thi=
s sort of thing periodically and have decided to just get the right tool.
