Just picked up my TR3 axles from the machine shop I've used for the past 15 
years thru several engine rebuilds etc.  People on the List who described the 
difficulty of pressing the bearings off are apparently right as my friend Barry 
at the shop was not "happy" at the work he had to do on them.  

Now I have them back, does anyone know of a simple jig to hold the dial gauge 
so as to measure and float?
