Should illuminate just like your old one.  Assuming the bulb is good and 
bright, check for light blockage in the bulb mounting.  As always, make sure 
you have a good ground.

Hope someone can explain this:  Installed TR3 tach and speedo in my TR2.  The 
speedo lights up just fine, but the tach does not â??light upâ??, even with a 
flashlight shinning down the socket.  Lights are working.  The old TR2 tach 
does â??light upâ?? when checked. Wanted to bounce it off The List before I go 
further.
