Subject: [TR] 2 questions

I see on the British Parts Northwest site that there is a clutch master (fo=
r TR6) that is .70 bore and one that is .75 bore. Does anyone have any exp=
erience with the 2 and if it makes a difference?

And

I know that a water pump once removed will dry out and is not a good spare.

How about a master brake or clutch? I replaced both before going on a trip=
about 5 years ago, for preventative reasons, not because they were bad. I=
have always used silicon brake fluid. Will they still work as a spare? I=
=92m getting ready for a couple big trips this year and am wondering if I s=
hould bring them along.
