[TR] VTR Convention refund?

Well I am obviously not going to make it to Georgia for this years 
convention.  I'm trying to find out who to contact about getting a 
refund.  The info I have gotten from VTR about my registration does not 
include any info about getting my money back.  Any ideas who I need to 
contact?
