Vixen brake lines??

Listers,

I'm trying to replace all the brake lines on my 1970 Vixen, and I have run in
to a snag.

The lines that go from the PDWA to the front wheels have a larger diameter
thread at the switch end than at the end that couples to the flexible lines.
Does anyone know a source for these lines, or do I need to make my own?
