There will be a Carburetion Day held at Blackhawk Farms, near Rockton IL
(northern ILL) on Thursday, May 9, sponsored by VSCDA. for info call
708/385-8911.
Road America in Elkhart Lake will have British racing in late May; The
Chicago Historic Races in late July and the VSCDA vintage races in late
September.
A huge british show of nearly 700 cars is held annually at Oakton Community
College in Des Plaines, IL near Chicago and easily reached by Interstate 290,
generally the second weekend in Sept.
There is the Champagne British car show in Champaign, IL over Memorial Day
weekend.
Here in Illinois we are hoping for an early spring, like tomorrow!!
