‘Twinkie' has been vintage racing for the last several years and became
accustom to ‘the front row'. At this time the car s certainly capable but
the driver (retired) has lost his edge and is willing to let the right person
experience her many virtues. She is a ‘59 MGA Twin Cam #953 with matching
numbers, Clipper Blue, VSCCA #23, has earned rich lineage including the
Collier Cup, Track Record at Pittsburgh, the Lime Rock Cup and has taken a
number of checkered flags. She is race ready and in excellent condition.
The engine is STOCK with the original bore, high compression pistons, a
close ratio transmission, two posi-traction rear ends (4.3 & 4.89), 3 spare
wheels (original) and a collection of misc. spare parts.
Available as a race ready (turn key) package that would include the above
plus an 18ft Wells Cargo enclosed trailer which is in excellent condition.
