Further confirmation from my experience at Savannah a few years ago. I
had my Giulietta Sprint there being co-driven in the enduro by a
Giulietta Spider Veloce racer. He had more HP and less frontal area, but
we had the same gearing. When we entered the long front straight
together, he could pull away on accelleration but I could catch him at
the end of the straight with a significantly higher top speed. This was
the same when we traded cars in practice, so it was not the drivers!
