I can shed a bit of light on the GSM Delta shown in the Jan issue of
Vintage Racecar.

The car was owned by midwest SCCA racer Bill Clawson who campaigned the car
(with reasonable success, I understand) in I believe 65-67. His car was
powered by a V-8 (I'm fairly sure) and ran alongside GT350's and corvettes
for many years. Clawson sold the car in '67 to buy Shelby's prototype
GT350R. The picture mentioned by Malcolm Cox, shows Clawson in the GT350R
being chased (very, very closely) by his own GSM Delta.
If anyone is interested, this issue of Vintage Racecar Journal can be
ordered by phone at (714) 828-6617.
