Sounds like a very ill-considered,  perhaps even
collusive, but certainly arbitrary move on the part
of CSRG.
Such sea changes as this put whole organizations
on the ropes in the past.  BTW, I am also glad I
never had the temerity to contact  Mr. Franges
from the outside, seeing his xenophobic way of
responding Mr. Webb's well constructed inquiry.
