Now that is a question.  What brake setup?  65 versus 70 is completely
different.
  
We use the Lincoln/T Bird calipers, and the 68 Galaxie rotors are
hard to come by, and they usually warp quickly., We converted to
a custom hat so we can use Coleman rotors. Wilwood also makes a
hat for this setup.
  
for 65-67 11" rotors, and 70 rotors, guys have had good luck with
Porterfield heat-treated rotors.  $100 each.
