anyone know if there are any existing molds for body parts such as the tail
or nose sections for a mk1? i have been recieving email from a fellow who
posess a mk1 that was damaged in an incident at lime rock about 4 years
ago(so i am told). since i was involved in doing some work on robert
fairbanks's mk1 last year it seems that some jabro owners have been looking
for people who have experience or posess the required skills to do
fabrication and repair on jabro's. any way the fellow is in need of a
front and a rear body section to restore his car. his descriptions of the
damage is to the extent that he feels the remaining sections beyond repair.
personally i do not share that opinion of fiberglass but, i have not seen
his car either. so is there a web site, personal site, or even an out of
site-site that i might be able to locate aditional info on the neat looking
elusive jabro? i do posess a copy of "big drivers in little cars" written
by mr. h-modified joe puckett(autographed of course!). which has a specific
section on jabros. unfortunatly it contains no information on any present
sources for restoration.

any ideas?
chuck.
