CORRECTION -
The meeting tonight is for the purpose of receiving the written
agreement/proposal of BSR/CARE.
The planning commission will then study the proposals and issue their own
proposals. A meeting will then be set for public comments. BSR is not asking
for a showing of support at tonight's meeting.
It is unclear whether the BSR/CARE agreement will be publicly disclosed
tonight.
