Hi Sergei,
Production specs started in 1960. Before that, the SCCA classified cars by 
the FIA displacement system and they were run in pretty close to showroom 
condition. You can get a copy of the 1962 PCS and the 1954 and 1959 GCRs from 
the SCCA club racing division (ask for the Vintage PCS and Vintage GCR...not 
the Historics, which is for newer cars).
