All,
Complete '68 912 engine for sale.
- last rebuild was excellent quality approx 45k ago (should have receipt for
that someplace)
- currently disassembled
- good (repro) crank - needs to be turned...correct bearings readily
available
- excellent case
- weber carbs
- heads in very good shape (one s-plug hole needs heli-coil)
- junk-but intact- exhaust system (I think it's a very old bursch setup)
- all associated tin from '68 912 included
- all in all, an excellent core for rebuild ...for street? race? or? or?
- no...I have no idea what the serial # is; the engine is about three hours
away from me, so I can't go look.

BTW - I have another, incomplete, engine, made up of both A and B parts - a
real mutt motor, its apart too. Whoever built THAT motor last shouldn't
allowed near so much as a lawnmower...The case on that motor is cracked @
base of oil cooler, but it's repairable (it's at Comp. Eng. right now, and
no, I'm not gonna fix it...interested folks can call Walt and get the full
gouge, he's got the heads too; one A and one B, nice huh?) I can go get this
stuff ...make me an intelligent offer
Anyone? I know there's a good home for this stuff somewhere...
